Mole Negro is originated in Oaxaca, it was usually served on Dia de los Muertos. This Mole has an amazing smokey flavor due to the toasted chiles in it. Perfect balance between bitter, sweet, and savory.

Ingredients: Mulato Chile, pasilla chile, plantain, walnuts, peanuts, almonds, raisin, sesame seed, onion, garlic, thyme, cloves, cinnamon, cumin, oregano, black pepper, salt, sugar, canola oil.
